Director of B2B Product Management, Smartphones, Software and Services (Plano, TX)
We are seeking a Director to lead B2B Product Management across smartphones, software, and value-added services. This role is responsible for defining and executing a differentiated, end-to-end portfolio of mobile solutions tailored to enterprise and SMB customers. You will drive product strategy that integrates devices, software platforms, and services into scalable, industry-relevant solutions. The ideal candidate brings deep experience in enterprise mobility, and a proven ability to translate customer priorities and challenges into successful product offerings.
Role and Responsibilities

- Define and execute the B2B mobile product vision across smartphones, software, and services focused on driving market share and revenue
- Partner with Business Development and Sales to launch integrated solutions that address key enterprise use cases across industries (e.g., healthcare, retail, transportation, Gov)
- Own business case development and product positioning for the US market, taking into consideration macro trends, competitive landscape, key verticals, and existing portfolio lineup
- Closely monitor performance across product segments, routes to market, and verticals, and extract data driven insights that inform future strategies
- Align product strategy with enterprise sales priorities, partner ecosystems, and revenue targets
- Partner with the Headquarters to ensure US customer requirements are represented in future roadmap planning
- Drive strategic vision for new product launches and coordinate GTM efforts across HQ/R&D, business development, sales, marketing, events, etc
- Prepare executive level presentations that convey our performance and key strategies
- Serve as lead product stakeholder in reviewing & approve training documentation, press materials, etc based on defined product positioning
- Lead a high-performing team of product managers, and foster a culture of accountability and innovation
Skills and Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications
- BA Degree with 12+ years of relevant experience in strategy and product/category management OR MBA Degree with 10+ years of relevant experience business strategy and product / category management
- A minimum of Bachelor’s degree. MBA degree strongly preferred.
- Solid experience working with Mobile hardware and/or software industry
- 10+ years managing high-performing teams in a fast-paced environment
- Keen understanding of smartphone category sales channels and market dynamics
- The ability to develop and maintain excellent working relationships with all appropriate levels within and outside the company.
- Experience evaluating and developing promotional programs for consumer electronics.
- Proven success in a highly dynamic, deadline-driven environment.
- Proven ability building and developing a high-performing product focused team.
- Extensive data analysis skills with demonstrated visualization development
- Should have advanced MS Excel and MS PowerPoint knowledge and skills.
- Most important will be strong communication, both written (PPT presentations) and oral skills.
- The ability to work either independently or in a team environment to achieve personal and team project goals, including the completion of assignments within and exceeding established time frames
