Your New Role:

• We are looking for Manager to be part of Network Engineering team –
• Responsible for operating and maintaining the health of the network. This team not only operates the networks by leveraging the latest in high scale networking hardware, multi-tier topology and advanced tooling but also solves complex technical problems for our customers. This team is pivotal in driving technology changes that ensure a safe and reliable network, manage operational changes, determine root cause of complex issues, develop automated tooling, and implement design optimizations that drive reliability.
• Maintain KPI’s, deliverables
• Reporting and Governance
• Build and maintain relationships with all levels across all NAB Businesses from operations to senior managements.
• Build strong working relationship with Key Stakeholder Groups - Service Owners / Service delivery / Service management / Global Operations Centre / different level of business stakeholders
• Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence at a senior level as well as all other level
• Strong communication skills with the ability to communicate
• Competent ITIL skills in Incident, Problem and change management
• Experienced people leader, driving a culture of collaboration
• Proven crisis management skills
• Safe execution of planned work to deploy production system changes & enhancements.
• Lead Major incident bridge
• May include out of hours during Major incidents and business requirement

What will you Bring:

• Experienced people leader
• Experience in ServiceNow 
• Strong knowledge of Networking Basics, Routing &  Switching, Routing Protocols- BGP & OSPF, SDWAN, VxLAN, Wireless, multi-vendor environment,
• Prior experience in network operations/support.
• Knowledge of techniques and tools that promote effective analysis and the ability to determine the root cause and permanent fix to the problems

Qualification Requirements

• ITIL certified
• B.Tech/B.E. or Equivalent Degree
• Network certifications such as CCNA/CCNP, JNCIS/JNCIP etc.
