This role is responsible for creating and executing talent acquisition and human resources strategy, partnering with practice line leadership to create a highly engaging, motivated and skilled workforce. The Director will partner closely with the Chief Operating Officer (COO), Head of Human Capital Management in the U.S. and local leadership. The Director should be prepared to work within a small, collaborative team environment to manage discrete workstreams.
