Overview
We are looking for a strategic HR leader who will help us shape the future for our International Markets. This role partners with our VP, HR Business Partners and is pivotal in shaping our global people strategy, driving organizational transformation, and enabling business success across diverse geographies. The successful candidate will collaborate closely with senior leaders to deliver innovative HR solutions that meet the needs of our corporate functions with relevance and innovation.

Experience & Knowledge
- Proven track record in HR leadership roles supporting multiple international markets.
- Expertise in talent management, organizational design, and change management.
- Strong understanding of global HR practices and local compliance requirements.

- Successful implementation of global HR initiatives with local impact.
- Development of leadership pipeline and critical talent retention.
- Develop deep understanding of business goals and provide strategic, tactical alignment of HR actions, support, programs, and resources adapting as needed to achieve desired results.
Qualifications
- 12+ years of progressive HR experience, with at least 7+ years in a senior HRBP role supporting multiple geographies, preferably Corporate, Technology and Product.
- Strong understanding of international labor laws, cultural nuances, and global HR practices.
- Proven experience influencing senior stakeholders and drive strategic initiatives.
- Experience in organizational design, talent management, and change leadership.
- Excellent oral and written communication, collaboration, and critical thinking skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, matrixed environment.
