Director, FP&A

About the role: As the Director of FP&A at Talkiatry, you will help build and scale the planning and performance management foundation that enables strong decision-making across the business. This role requires a high-energy, high-integrity leader who can partner closely with executive leadership and cross-functional teams to deliver clear insights, rigorous forecasts, and scalable planning processes that support Talkiatry’s rapid growth.   This is a high-impact, highly visible role within the broader Finance team. You will play an integral role in establishing and maturing the FP&A pillar for the next phase of Talkiatry’s growth—strengthening the planning cadence, improving performance visibility, and elevating how we connect operational drivers to financial outcomes.
