Serve as day-to-day lead for all assigned events; manage logistics. Partner with internal stakeholders to align concepts with business goals. Build and manage event budgets; track costs against targets. Coordinate contracts with venues, vendors, and agencies. 🎯 Requirements 8–10 years of event planning and execution experience. Experience managing third-party event agencies. Sports, media, or entertainment environment background preferred. Able to manage multiple events across stakeholders without direct team.
