The Job: Director, Enterprise PMO

We’re seeking a Director, Enterprise PMO to lead complex, high-impact programs and oversee a team of Project Managers. This role ensures disciplined execution, proactive risk management, and consistent delivery across the enterprise project portfolio.

What You’ll Do

Lead Complex Enterprise Initiatives:

• Drive large, cross-functional programs from concept through delivery

• Define scope, milestones, and success metrics aligned to business goals

• Manage risks, dependencies, and stakeholder alignment

Portfolio Delivery Oversight:

• Oversee delivery performance across all initiatives

• Monitor timelines, budgets, and risk exposure

• Provide transparent reporting to senior leadership

Executive & Stakeholder Engagement:

• Partner with senior leaders to align priorities and expectations

• Facilitate executive discussions and decision-making

• Influence stakeholders to resolve conflicts and maintain momentum

People Leadership & Capability Development:

• Lead, coach, and develop a team of Project Managers

• Foster a high-performance, accountable culture

• Strengthen delivery discipline and execution standards

Strengthen Delivery Effectiveness:

• Enhance PMO frameworks and execution maturity

• Promote structured planning and cross-functional collaboration

What You’ll Bring to the Table

• 10+ years of experience in project/program delivery in financial services or regulated environments

• 5+ years leading large, cross-functional initiatives and teams

• Strong experience managing enterprise portfolios and delivery performance

• Exceptional stakeholder management and executive communication skills

• Proven ability to drive alignment and execution in complex environments

Education + Experience

• Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or equivalent is an asset

• PMP or equivalent certification preferred

Please note: The salary range, inclusive of bonus, for this position is between C$148,000 to C$ 155,000.
