The Job: Director, Enterprise PMO
We’re seeking a Director, Enterprise PMO to lead complex, high-impact programs and oversee a team of Project Managers. This role ensures disciplined execution, proactive risk management, and consistent delivery across the enterprise project portfolio.
What You’ll Do
Lead Complex Enterprise Initiatives:

Drive large, cross-functional programs from concept through delivery

Define scope, milestones, and success metrics aligned to business goals

Manage risks, dependencies, and stakeholder alignment
Portfolio Delivery Oversight:

Oversee delivery performance across all initiatives

Monitor timelines, budgets, and risk exposure

Provide transparent reporting to senior leadership
Executive & Stakeholder Engagement:

Partner with senior leaders to align priorities and expectations

Facilitate executive discussions and decision-making
-
Influence stakeholders to resolve conflicts and maintain momentum
People Leadership & Capability Development:

Lead, coach, and develop a team of Project Managers

Foster a high-performance, accountable culture

Strengthen delivery discipline and execution standards
Strengthen Delivery Effectiveness:

Enhance PMO frameworks and execution maturity

Promote structured planning and cross-functional collaboration
What You’ll Bring to the Table

10+ years of experience in project/program delivery in financial services or regulated environments
-
5+ years leading large, cross-functional initiatives and teams
-
Strong experience managing enterprise portfolios and delivery performance
-
Exceptional stakeholder management and executive communication skills
-
Proven ability to drive alignment and execution in complex environments
Education + Experience
-
Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or equivalent is an asset

PMP or equivalent certification preferred
