As we continue to scale, we’re seeking a Director, Demand Planning to lead our forecasting and planning efforts and serve as the central point of ownership for how demand is understood, planned, and communicated across the business. This role is critical to ensuring demand signals are accurate, forward-looking, and tightly aligned with commercial strategy, product launches, and financial goals. The Director, Demand Planning will own end-to-end demand forecasting and play a key role in enabling confident decision-making through clear insights, disciplined planning processes, and strong cross-functional partnership. This leader will bring structure and rigor to forecasting while remaining agile in a fast-moving environment—balancing strategic thinking with hands-on execution. The ideal candidate is highly analytical, deeply experienced in demand planning, and comfortable influencing senior stakeholders through data-driven storytelling.
