To strengthen our digital capabilities, we are seeking a dynamic Digital Project Manager to drive two key corporate initiatives - a Packaging platform & Project Managers system projects.
Key Responsibilities
Packaging platform
Lead the full project lifecycle, from requirements gathering to design, implementation, testing, and go-live.
Manage timelines, budgets, and resources, ensuring delivery on time and within scope.
Facilitate collaboration between IT, business, and operational teams through effective leadership and communication.
Identify risks, manage dependencies, and implement action plans for issue resolution.
Coordinate testing phases, including UAT and documentation of results.
Drive end‑user adoption by developing and delivering engaging training and support materials.
Monitor project KPIs, prepare progress reports for sponsors and steering committees, and recommend continuous improvements.
Support new feature rollouts and integrations, balancing innovation with operational continuity.
Project Managers System
Contribute to program planning, tracking, and delivery of PMOne workstreams.
Assist in documenting processes, standardizing reporting frameworks, and sharing best practices company‑wide.
Champion project management excellence and knowledge sharing across business units.
