Digital Marketing Specialist
Job Summary
KDCI Outsourcing is looking for a results-driven Digital Marketing Specialist with strong hands-on experience in content marketing, SEO, social media management, PPC advertising (search and paid social), and email marketing.
This role is ideal for a proactive and detail-oriented marketer who thrives in execution, optimization, and performance tracking. The Digital Marketing Specialist will be responsible for implementing and optimizing multi-channel digital campaigns that generate qualified leads, strengthen brand visibility, and drive measurable business growth.
Responsibilities:
Execute end-to-end digital marketing campaigns across content, SEO, paid media, and email channels.
Develop and optimize content marketing initiatives to support lead generation and brand awareness.
Conduct keyword research and implement on-page and off-page SEO strategies, including link-building initiatives.
Manage and grow social media platforms (LinkedIn, Meta, TikTok, etc.) to increase engagement, reach, and brand presence.
Plan, launch, monitor, and optimize PPC campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, and LinkedIn Ads to maximize ROI.
Create and execute email marketing campaigns, including newsletters, drip campaigns, and automated workflows.
Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics (traffic, engagement, CPL, conversions) and provide actionable insights.
Conduct A/B testing and support conversion rate optimization (CRO) initiatives.
Work closely with the design and sales teams to ensure marketing assets and messaging are aligned with campaign goals.
Stay updated on digital marketing trends, tools, and competitor strategies to continuously improve performance.
