Digital Marketing Manager
Role & responsibilities:
- Develop and execute digital marketing strategies aligned with business goals and revenue targets.
- Collaborate with sales, e-commerce, customer support, and product teams for aligned marketing efforts.
- Drive online sales through performance campaigns on Google Ads, Meta, and other paid platforms while optimizing CAC, ROAS, and ROI.
- Strengthen brand presence across digital platforms and manage content, social media, email, and marketing campaigns.
- Improve organic traffic and conversions through SEO, website optimization, CRO, and data-driven insights.
Preferred candidate profile:
- Male candidates preferred
- Minimum 10 years of hands-on experience in Digital Marketing
- Strong expertise in performance marketing, SEO, analytics, and growth strategy
- Proven track record of driving sales and ROI through digital channels
- Experience leading teams and collaborating cross-functionally
- Data-driven mindset with strong analytical and decision-making skills
- Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management abilities
