Overview
The Digital Executive is a motivated team member who wants to develop their commercial and programmatic skills and wants to help get our team to the next level. You are a person that can work with internal teams and is committed to achieving and exceeding sales goals.
Your responsibilities within the team will be leading and developing key relationships and strategy across International media agencies. You make sure our clients fully understand our vision and market leading proposition, you can detect opportunities and translate these into tailormade solutions, and ultimately closing the deals.

What You'll Achieve

Support Revenue Growth: Act as the central coordination point for sales teams to drive performance and hit revenue targets.

Sales Prospecting & Hunting: Generate a high volume of sales activities, including crafting compelling presentations and responding to RFPs.

Client Relationship Management: Cultivate strong ties with brands and agencies to understand their goals and provide tailored advertising solutions.

Drive Strategic Upsells: Identify opportunities within current client accounts to introduce new products and display verticals.

Market Insight Leadership: Provide deep vertical expertise in in-image and in-video display to guide client strategy.

Internal Product Liaison: Translate client feedback into actionable insights for our internal product teams to improve service offerings.

Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with Account Managers to ensure sold proposals are implemented successfully and meet client expectations.

Strategic Execution: Support the wider sales team in developing and managing high-stakes, strategic sales opportunities.
Skills You'll Bring

Digital Advertising Expertise: Ideally 1+ year of solid experience within the digital advertising or media landscape.

Sales Drive: A strong natural affiliation for selling and a proactive "hunter" mentality.

AdTech Proficiency: Experience working with both Managed Service and Programmatic advertising solutions.

Communication Excellence: Superb written and verbal communication skills with full fluency in English.

Technical Literacy: Proficiency in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word) and/or Google Workspace.

Operational Precision: Exceptional attention to detail and strong organizational skills for managing daily tasks.

Strategic Thinking: Ability to propose innovative sales solutions based on market trends and client needs.

Educational Background: Bachelor’s Degree, preferably in Media, Marketing, or a related Advertising field.
