About the PositionThe Digital Asset Manager oversees the organization, processing, and lifecycle of e-commerce, wholesale, and editorial assets across all brands. Collaborates closely with Sr. Production Artist, product development, production, photography producers, project managers, and graphic designers to maintain consistent naming conventions, metadata standards, asset integrity and efficient retouching workflows - both in-house and with external vendors. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, and thrives in a fast-paced, team-based environment. Job Responsibilities:Own the organization, integrity, and lifecycle of all image and video assets, from creation through distribution and archivalEstablish and enforce naming conventions, folder structures, metadata standards, and taxonomy across all digital assetsSet up, administer, and optimize the Digital Asset Management (DAM) system, including permissions, uploads, structure, and searchabilityAssess, clean, and migrate archived assets into the newly administered DAMEnsure all assets, including swatches—are received, quality-checked, documented, and uploaded accurately and on scheduleFulfill asset requests from internal teams, external vendors, and partners while managing priorities and deadlinesCoordinate image processing workflows, including raw image intake, selects, color correction notes, retouching feedback, approvals, and final deliveryProvide clear creative and technical direction to retouching vendors and 3D/AI support teamsPerform and oversee image color correction, retouching, and exports for screen and print as neededCommunicate retouching schedules, asset availability, and status updates clearly to stakeholdersPartner with Senior Production Artists, Project Managers, Product Development, and Production teams to meet production timelinesMaintain detailed shoot documentation, including retouching notes, color standards, alternate shots, and usage detailsEnsure brand consistency, rights management, and usage compliance across all assetsIdentify and recommend improvements to tools, workflows, and technologies that enhance asset organization and operational efficiencyWhat we can do for you:Play a pivotal role in our company’s transformation and growthAlign with a growing company that operates in the luxury marketProvide training and career development opportunitiesEnjoy a high-paced and collaborative work environmentEligible for up to a 6% employer 401(k) contribution following six months of employmentTake advantage of paid time off away from work, including scheduled company holidaysParticipate in competitive benefits and incentivizing programsTeam building company sponsored eventsEmployee discount and bi-annual sample saleRequirements Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience3+ years of experience in Digital Asset Management, content management, or managing high-volume image and video librariesExperience supporting photo shoots and e-commerce workflows; furniture or home brands preferredStrong expertise in metadata management, classification systems, naming conventions, and rights managementProficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Bridge, Lightroom, Capture One Pro, InDesign, and familiarity with 3D/AI tools including Adobe FireflySolid understanding of image formats, file compression, FTP workflows, Mac OS, Windows, and digital production pipelinesProven ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced, collaborative environmentHighly organized, detail-oriented, proactive, and an effective written and verbal communicatorSolution-oriented mindset with the ability to adapt and resolve timeline constraintsAgency or studio experience a plusAdhere to regular in-office presence, including to engage in in-person team interaction, meetings and collaboration.
