As we continue to grow rapidly, we are seeking a data-driven, self-starter to join us as a Digital Marketing Specialist. In this role, you will execute digital advertising campaign builds, generate and analyze reports on ad performance, and work with the team to generate high quality leads through our paid channels. You will be part of the global digital marketing team and play an essential role in support and execution of our overall digital strategy.
IN THIS ROLE, YOU WILL:
Assist in building, monitoring, and optimizing paid campaigns across Google Ads, Facebook/Instagram Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and other platforms.
Monitor daily ad performance and identify areas for improvement.
Use data from Google Analytics, Facebook Business Manager, and other platforms to assess campaign effectiveness.
Adjust bidding strategies, placements, and audience targeting to improve conversion rates and cost-per-response (CPR).
Collaborate with the Demand Generation team to develop engaging ad copy/creatives.
Conduct keyword research for search campaigns.
Build and refine audience targeting strategies for social and display ads.
Generate performance reports and provide insights on trends, wins, and areas for optimization.
Stay up to date with paid media trends, platform updates, and best practices.
OUR IDEAL CANDIDATE WILL HAVE:
2-3 years of experience in digital marketing, PPC advertising.
Basic understanding of Paid Search, Paid Social, and Display advertising channels
Hands-on experience in at least one of the following channels: Paid Social (LinkedIn, Reddit, or Meta) or Paid Search (Google or Bing).
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and recommend optimizations.
Advanced skills in Excel or Google Sheets for reporting & analysis (Experience with BI tools is a plus)
Passionate attention for detail
A self-starter attitude that is eager to learn and master the world of Digital Marketing.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks and complete on time.
Experience working in a high-growth B2B technology company is a plus.
