Devoteam Cyber Trust | Splunk Specialist | Banking Sector
We are looking for a highly experienced Splunk Specialist to join a growing Monitoring team within an international environment. This role will play a key part in the implementation and optimization of monitoring solutions, with a strong focus on Splunk Enterprise and Splunk ITSI.
You will collaborate with distributed teams across multiple regions and contribute to both project delivery and ongoing operational support.
The team is expected to grow significantly, offering a dynamic and collaborative international environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Contribute to the implementation of monitoring solutions (approx. 60% project work)
- Provide operational support and handle service requests (approx. 40% run/support)
- Support and manage monitoring tools, including:
- Splunk Enterprise
- Splunk ITSI
- OpenTelemetry
- Cribl
- SolarWinds
- Dynatrace
- Design, develop, and maintain Splunk dashboards and metrics
- Support development and production teams in migrating to new Splunk platforms (Enterprise & ITSI)
- Automate daily operational tasks using Ansible
- Identify improvement opportunities across tools, processes, and KPIs, and drive their implementation

Required Skills & Experience
- Strong expertise in Splunk Enterprise
- Proven experience with Splunk ITSI
- Solid experience in building dashboards and monitoring solutions
- Experience with automation tools (preferably Ansible)
- Familiarity with modern observability and monitoring tools (OpenTelemetry, Dynatrace, etc.)
- Ability to work in a distributed, international team environment
- Strong communication skills in English (B2/C1 minimum)
