We are looking for an experienced Cybersecurity Technical Coordinator to coordinate and manage a Red Team / Network & Security technical team. The role requires strong leadership capabilities combined with a hands-on technical approach. The selected professional will actively contribute to technical activities while being responsible for team coordination, quality assurance, and stakeholder communication.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead, coordinate, and manage a technical team, ensuring delivery quality and operational efficiency
- Actively participate in technical activities, maintaining a hands-on role
- Ensure alignment between project objectives, technical execution, and business requirements
- Serve as a technical reference point for internal teams and enterprise customers
- Support planning, execution, and monitoring of projects within agreed timelines and scope
- Promote best practices, process improvement, and continuous technical development within the team
- Ensure high standards of professionalism, communication, and service quality
- Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in network, security, or infrastructure-related roles
Proven experience in technical team coordination or leadership
Strong background in enterprise environments and customer-facing projects

eCPPTv2, CEH, OSCP, PNPT, CPTS, CPENT, CRTP
ISO/IEC 27001 Lead Auditor
CREST Registered Tester
CompTIA PenTest+
OSCP / OSEP
