The Analyst Software Engineer (DevOps) is responsible for managing, maintaining, and optimizing development and production environments, ensuring efficient deployment, monitoring, and automation across systems.
Job Responsibilities:
Install and uninstall application packages across multiple environments.
Build, deploy, and validate application packages prior to release.
Perform testing to ensure package quality and compatibility before installation.
Develop and maintain automation scripts using Bash, Shell, Python, Ansible, etc.
Provide technical support to users and perform troubleshooting for environment- or deployment-related issues.
Basic Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or equivalent experience.
0 to 1+ year of hands-on experience with AWS services.
Working experience with Windows Server (2012, 2016) and Linux operating systems.
Proficiency in scripting languages: Bash, Shell, Python, and configuration automation tools such as Ansible.
Knowledge of containerization technologies such as Docker; Kubernetes is a plus.
Experience setting up or working in high-availability environments.
Good English communication skills (written and verbal).
Other Qualifications
Strong organizational and time-management skills.
Effective communication skills for collaborating in a global, multicultural environment.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
Adaptability to change and the ability to escalate issues when necessary.
