St. John Vianney College Seminary (SJV) Description and Mission: SJV is the largest college seminary in the United States, representing 18 dioceses, with approximately 115 undergraduate men in formation. We have a vibrant and healthy environment that has the highest reputation for forming Men in Christ, Men of the Church, and Men for Others. SJV is located on the campus of the University of St. Thomas in St. Paul, Minnesota.

What You Will Do: This position plays a key execution role on the development team, driving donor engagement through database expertise, strategic event planning, and outreach initiatives.
Responsibilities of the Role:
- Serve as the primary steward of the donor database, leading post-migration cleanup, establishing best practices for data integrity, and translating CRM data into actionable insights and opportunities for leadership and the SJV Advancement Committee.
- Use data and reporting to strategize donor outreach and communication, supporting direct mail, segmentation, and stewardship in collaboration with the Director of Development and the Director of Marketing and Communications.
- Build, document, and continuously improve development systems and workflows so fundraising operations are proactive, reliable, and scalable.
- Serve as project manager for development initiatives, ensuring timelines, follow-ups, and deliverables stay on track.
- Plan and execute all aspects of donor-centric events that reflect the mission of SJV, including logistics, communications, and fund-a-need components.
