To fuel our growth and innovation, we’re looking for a Development Expert Sliding Folding who’s ready to create real impact. What you’ll do As a Development Expert, you’ll be the driving force behind the development of new systems with a focus on sliding and folding solutions. From ideation to market launch, you make innovation happen. Your responsibilities include: You follow-up closely the planned development projects with regard to planning, quality (technical aspects), product price, master the risks and take the necessary measures in case of problems, and this from PRD phase (product requirements definition) up to and including Launch. Translating technical challenges into effective, efficient solutions and validating them through hands-on testing and prototyping. Collaborating with suppliers to transform concepts into high‑quality final products. Ensuring that all documentation and product-related information is accurate, complete, and ready for market introduction. Working closely with senior development experts to ensure that all Reynaers systems comply with technical standards and are delivered on time. Reporting progress clearly and regularly to the Team Leader and escalating issues when necessary. Contributing to the technical product roadmap by identifying innovations, improvement opportunities, and forward-looking concepts within your Sliding Folding expertise. Suggesting and implementing workflow and process improvements to enhance overall development efficiency. Coaching and guiding trainees as you evolve into a senior expert.
