Umowa na zastępstwo
Twoje wyzwania:
• Samodzielna realizacja projektów rozwojowych, wsparcia produkcji oraz optymalizacji farb ściennych
• Nadzorowanie partii pilotażowych we współpracy z Działem Technologii.
• Wyszukiwanie i badania alternatywnych surowców
• Analiza, propozycje i testowanie rozwiązań w zakresie redukcji złożoności portfolio surowców
• Badania i ocena próbek laboratoryjnych i komercyjnych
• Ocena i analiza wyników, raportowanie wykonanych prac, wyznaczanie dalszych kroków
Wymagania:
• Wykształcenie wyższe o profilu chemicznym
• Wiedza z zakresu zagadnień chemicznych związanych z surowcami do produkcji farb (TiO₂, wypełniacze/napełniacze, polimery, surfaktanty, dodatki itp.) oraz procesów technologicznych (dyspersja, dyspergowanie, reologia itd.)
• Doświadczenie i znajomość branży farb lub pokrewnej min. 2-3 lata
• Doświadczenie w badaniu parametrów fizykochemicznych, takich jak gęstość, lepkość, pH, twardość, wilgotność, pomiary barwy (fotospektrometria) będzie dodatkowym atutem
• Biegła znajomość języka angielskiego
• Bardzo dobra znajomość obsługi MS Office (szczególnie Excel i PowerPoint)
• Mile widziane prawo jazdy kategorii B
• Otwartość i kreatywność, pozytywne myślenie
• Wykazywanie inicjatywy, chęć uczenia się oraz mocne nastawienie na realizację celów
• Umiejętność współpracy w zespole, zarządzania czasem, często zmieniającymi się projektami i priorytetami
• Zdolność do przejrzystego prezentowania informacji i wyników analiz.
