Detroit Experience Studio is an immersive program where students are taught the ins and outs of working in a creative agency. You’ll learn from professionals who work for some of the world’s most well-known brands about what it takes to succeed in this industry. Students are expected to come to each class ready to learn, contribute to their own and their group’s work, and commit to being open and engaged throughout the 10-week cohort.
We are now accepting applications for the Spring 2026 Cohort!
- Applications must be submitted by January 30, 2026
- The Spring 2026 Cohort runs March 3, 2026 – May 14, 2026
- Classes are held every Tuesday and Thursday from 4-6 pm.
- Transportation to and from Hunt Street Station in Detroit and a meal will be provided for each student
Here’s what we expect from you as a student:
- Be enrolled as a junior or senior in a Detroit high school
- Interested in art, design, writing, project management, or strategy
- Willing and able to learn as an individual and contribute as a group member
- Committed to attend two 2-hour classes in a 10-week cohort
- Ability to present work in class and in a client pitch
