What You'll Do
As a Project Management Senior Specialist in Global Design Studios, you will manage design projects end to end within a defined scope, partnering closely with designers, requesters, and internal stakeholders. You will serve as the primary operational owner for projects, managing incoming requests through the Design Studios project management system and ensuring work is delivered on time and within agreed parameters.
You will pair with a Lead or Designer and take full responsibility for project operations, including resource coordination, timeline management, vendor oversight, and budget tracking. You will set up and manage project workflows and tools such as Trello boards, Slack channels, and documentation, and oversee invoice review and tracking. You will negotiate and monitor deadlines, track iterations, and compile regular reporting such as weekly Design Studios metrics.
You will coordinate meetings including scoping calls, internal working sessions, and client facing discussions. You will collaborate with Design Studios Managers to manage project timelines and dependencies, support quality assurance processes, and provide operational feedback to relevant line managers. You will also contribute to improving team ways of working by updating project management guidance, supporting onboarding materials, and participating in planning sessions, sprints, and retrospectives. You will operate independently within established guidelines while escalating risks and issues as needed.

What You'll Bring
· Four to six years of relevant professional experience in project management or project coordination, ideally within a professional services, design, or creative environment.
· A bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience, preferably in project management, design,
marketing, or a related field.
· Demonstrated experience managing projects independently within defined guidelines.
· Strong working knowledge of project management tools, workflows, and methodologies.
· Experience coordinating vendors and external partners.
· Exposure to creative production across print, digital, video, or presentation design.
· Strong organizational skills with consistent attention to detail and follow through.
· The ability to work effectively with senior and global stakeholders.
· Fluency in English, with additional languages beneficial depending on location.
Who You'll Work With
You will work as part of Global Design Studios, collaborating with designers, project managers, and creative specialists across disciplines such as digital design, content, video, and presentation design. You will partner closely with Design Studios Managers, Operations, and other internal teams across BCG to deliver high quality design solutions for clients and internal stakeholders.
You will interact regularly with requesters, senior stakeholders, and cross functional partners across regions. Depending on role and project scope, you will also work with external vendors and freelancers to support project delivery.
