Design Manager

We are seeking a versatile and self-motivated design manager to join our marketing team as they continue driving that reach and growth.
In this role, you will create marketing assets to help drive brand awareness, lead generation, and sales enablement. You will help simplify complex subject matter with clear, vibrant designs for digital and print mediums while working closely with the Marketing Content Specialist. You will own the brand look and feel, managing key templates and empowering employees to be responsible brand stewards. As a member of our dynamic and collaborative marketing team, you’ll be involved in projects from start to finish, gain valuable new skills, and actively contribute wherever needed. This role reports to the Director of Marketing.
Key responsibilities:
· Own the brand look and feel, maintaining brand guidelines and templates
· Collaborate with Marketing Content Specialist to create thumb-stopping social media content and analyze performance with monthly reporting
· Design digital assets for websites, advertising, and email; build email templates and campaigns in HubSpot as needed
· Design annual reports, white papers, case studies, guides, etc. for print and digital
· Create sales enablement and recruiting materials, including PowerPoint presentations, flyers, swag, event materials, signage, etc.
· Manage print vendor relationships
· Proactively identify areas for improvement and create, initiate, and execute new projects or solutions as needed
