Design Lead

Gurugram, Delhi, India February 25, 2026

We’re looking for a visionary and hands-on leader to head Global Branding Communication at Lenskart. This role drives how our brand is experienced across India and international markets (Singapore, Thailand, UAE, KSA) by owning design, storytelling, and creative execution across multiple touchpoints.

As the Global Lead, you will manage and scale four critical verticals while setting the creative direction for a brand that combines fashion, technology, and lifestyle.

Key Responsibilities

You will lead and collaborate on four verticals globally:

  1. Branding & Packaging Design

    • Develop global design systems and guidelines.

    • Drive innovation in packaging for eyewear and accessories, ensuring sustainability and aesthetics.

  2. Visual Merchandising Design

    • Shape in-store experience strategies for retail and partner locations.

    • Deliver VM concepts that translate global identity to local contexts seamlessly.

  3. Fashion-forward Collections & Sale Campaigns

    • Conceptualize and lead creative storytelling for seasonal launches, trend-driven collections, and key business campaigns.

    • Blend global fashion cues with local market insights to craft compelling narratives.

  4. 3D Production

    • Oversee photorealistic 3D visualizations for product launches, campaigns, and digital assets.

    • Drive adoption of cutting-edge 3D tools for faster and scalable production.

Additional Responsibilities

  • Global Brand Strategy: Build and implement communication frameworks for consistency and relevance across all markets.

  • Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with Marketing, Retail, and Product teams to create unified consumer experiences.

  • Team Leadership: Manage, mentor, and inspire a multi-market design team.

  • Brand Governance: Ensure brand consistency across every channel, touchpoint, and geography.
