Design & Estimation Expert
We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Design & Estimation Expert responsible for preparing accurate cost estimates, technical designs, and project documentation. The role involves analyzing drawings, BOQs, specifications, and coordinating with cross-functional teams to ensure timely and cost-effective project execution.
Key Responsibilities:
Review and analyze architectural, structural, and MEP drawings.
Prepare detailed cost estimates, BOQs, rate analysis, and tender documents.
Conduct quantity take-offs from drawings and specifications.
Develop preliminary and detailed designs as per project requirements.
Evaluate vendor quotations and subcontractor bids.
Coordinate with project, procurement, and site teams for cost control.
Prepare variation statements and track project cost deviations.
Assist in tender submission, technical documentation, and client queries.
Ensure compliance with company standards and industry norms.
Degree in Civil Engineering with minimum 5 Years of Experience in filed of design pertaining to Construction Industry along with Quantity Estimation .
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering / Electrical Engineering / Mechanical Engineering or relevant field.
5 years of experience in design and estimation (construction/infrastructure projects preferred).
Strong knowledge of BOQ preparation, rate analysis, and tendering procedures.
Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Excel, and estimation software.
Good understanding of construction methodologies and materials.
B.tech ( Civil) + M.Tech ( Structure)
