The Client Partner is a high-energy leader who owns our client relationships, building trust, rapport, and credibility with client stakeholders. The Client Partner is passionate about forming and driving successful client relationships and can successfully interact with senior/executive level clients as well as technical specialist and SME’s. Through their role, Client Partners focus on quality service and execution to ensure satisfaction and growth. This individual is experienced in leading teams of consulting professionals as well as multidisciplinary teams in a matrixed environment. The Client Partner has a strong operational acumen in operating their client’s business to meet financial targets. Job Description: Key Responsibilities Client Relationship Management: Engages with Client Stakeholders to drive the strategic direction of the partnership, ensuring our teams deliver against the business objectives and to continue to grow and drive the evolution of the partnership. Team Leadership: Leadership and direction of cross functional teams focused on delivering value, ensuring quality. Also, responsible for mentoring employees to elevate opportunities for growth. Commercial Delivery: Effectively manage all commercial aspects of the client relationship including contracts, pricing, profitability, internal revenue and profit forecasting. Accurately plan and forecast revenue growth to achieve their net revenue and margin targets. Consultancy: Continually increase knowledge of the client’s business (and industry) often serving as the client’s first line consultant. Works to stay current with industry trends and best practices to proactively sell fit for purpose solutions and innovation. Knowledge and experience Education: Bachelor's degree preferred 10+ years experience with minimum 3+ years in senior client management roles Business mindset and outcome driven Strong presentation and communication skills Exceptional at problem-solving, analytical skills and business understanding. Excellent organization and prioritization skills, structured but understand flexibility where needed Team leader who is supportive and collaborative Experience in CRM, Marketing Automation, eCommerce and Loyalty, and/or Data, Tech and Analytics Excellent interpersonal communication skills Skills and abilities Based in Ho Chi Minh City Speaks English Fluently, Fluency in Vietnamese will be a bonus Location: Ho Chi Minh City Brand: Merkle Time Type: Full time Contract Type: Fixed Term Contract (Fixed Term) Can’t find a suitable job?
