Demand Planner

1. Direct and administrate activities associated with sales forecast, demand planning, supply planning, purchase order, and inventory management for China commercial organization to ensure best in class customer service level while minimizing inventory and cost. Establish, implement and refine policies and processes of customer order priority, sales forecast, demand planning, supply planning, purchase order, inventory management, master data, etc. Manage supply plan and distribution plan to ensure inventories are planned and deployed into right warehouses with right quantity and right time. Initiate and lead projects to continuously improve departmental performance, process and system. Work closely with sales and marketing teams to reach consensus on sales forecast and demand plan. Coordinate with plant and SCM team to work out reliable supply plans. Participate in executive SIOP meeting and get approval for finalized operational plans Bachelor's degree or above 2+ years of demand planning experience Strong communication, coordination, and flexibility skills.
