Job Description

We’re seeking a marketing analytics professional who partners cross‑functionally to deliver advanced, AI‑driven insights across campaigns and the funnel. You’ll build real‑time dashboards, translate data into clear recommendations for leaders, and ensure high standards of data quality, governance, and automation.

Your role:

  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Marketing Insights, Data Analytics, Regional Business Marketing, and Digital Marketing teams to support business objectives.

  • Execute campaign and funnel analytics by analyzing performance across lead, MQL, SQL, and opportunity stages, integrating customer and pipeline insights.

  • Deliver advanced analytics and AI-driven insights using Power BI, Azure Databricks, SQL, and Excel, applying statistical methods and ML fundamentals.

  • Provide real-time performance intelligence through dashboards and reporting surface campaign trends and actionable insights.

  • Translate insights into recommendations for stakeholders and leadership while ensuring data quality, governance, privacy compliance, and continuous automation improvements.

You're the right fit if:

  • You’ve acquired 4+ years of experience in information management, information systems, computer science, and data analytics with no degree.

  • Your skills include 4+ years of data analysis and interpretation, data storytelling (specifically in the sales/marketing sectors), statistical methods business intelligence tools and data mining, research and analysis, SQL, and regulatory compliance.

  • You have at least a bachelor's degree or 4+ years of relevant experience.

  • You must be able to successfully perform the following minimum Physical, Cognitive and Environmental job requirements with or without accommodation for this position

  • You are driven by the opportunity to provide real-time performance intelligence by building dashboards and reporting that analyze campaign performance, surface trends, and translate insights into clear recommendations for stakeholders and leadership, while continuously identifying opportunities to improve processes, performance, and automation.

How we work together

We believe that we are better together than apart. For our office-based teams, this means working in-person at least 3 days per week. Onsite roles require full-time presence in the company’s facilities. Field roles are most effectively done outside of the company’s main facilities, generally at the customers’ or suppliers’ locations.

Philips Transparency Details

The pay range for this position in Tennessee is $66,000 to $105,000 annually.

The actual base pay offered may vary within the posted ranges depending on multiple factors including job-related knowledge/skills, experience, business needs, geographical location, and internal equity.    

In addition, other compensation, such as an annual incentive bonus, sales commission or long-term incentives may be offered.  Employees are eligible to participate in our comprehensive Philips Total Rewards benefits program, which includes a generous PTO, 401k (up to 7% match), HSA (with company contribution), stock purchase plan, education reimbursement and much more.  Details about our benefits can be found here

At Philips, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top end of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent upon the facts and circumstances of each case.

Company relocation benefits will not be provided for this position.  For this position, you must reside in or within commuting distance to Nashville, TN. USA
