Demand Generation and AI Agent Manager

We are a leading transformational AI platform in the HR technology industry, enabling enterprise companies to create better and fairer talent decisions. We are looking for a Demand Generation and AI Agent Manager to join our team.

Requirements

3–6 years in outbound demand generation, BDR management, or sales development with measurable pipeline results
Hands-on experience building AI/LLM-powered automation for sales or marketing workflows
Deep HubSpot proficiency including sequences, workflows, and reporting
Strong analytical skills and excellent written communication, particularly for senior ICP targeted personas
B2B SaaS experience selling to enterprise ICP in the C-Suite space
Familiarity with intent data platforms (6sense, Bombora, G2) and agentic AI frameworks / prompt engineering
Experience with Beamery or competitive talent intelligence platforms
