Demand Capture Manager

About the role Demand Generation owns the entire pre-trial experience: everything a potential customer sees, understands, and believes before they start a trial. The Customer Acquisition Manager is responsible for delivering results through a senior team and helping that team grow. This role combines: - ownership of customer acquisition, delivery, and - full people leadership for a cross-functional Demand team. You’ll translate GTM strategy into daily execution, ensure the right things ship at the right quality, and create an environment where experienced specialists can do their best work. You’ll report directly to Head of Demand Generation and work closely with Product, Video, Brand, Data, Activation, and Tech Partners. Your mission Deliver a predictable, high-quality customer acquisition system while building a strong, focused, and continuously improving team. What you’ll do
