Responsibilities In the role of a Delivery Manager: Own end‑to‑end delivery including planning, estimation, execution, monitoring, and control Drive Agile delivery ceremonies and ensure predictable, high‑quality outcomes Manage risks, dependencies, issues, and defects proactively Establish and continuously improve delivery processes and governance Track and report delivery metrics, status, and key risks to stakeholders Lead, mentor, and develop high‑performing delivery and engineering teams Provide technical leadership for AWS Serverless, event‑driven, and microservices‑based systems Will usually have 8-20 direct reports and will be responsible for their personnel management Can handle projects where various types of skill sets (technology) is used as well as distributed teams. Requirements To be considered for this role, 10 + years of software delivery experience with 2 to 3 years in a Delivery Management or similar role. Deep expertise in Agile/Scrum methodologies and delivery metrics Proven ability to manage multiple teams and complex delivery environments Strong stakeholder management, communication, and people leadership skills Strong experience with AWS Serverless stack (API Gateway, Lambda, DynamoDB), event‑driven architectures and microservices Hands‑on or supervisory experience with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices Location This role will reside in our Pune office Work Environments This role offers hybrid (blending at least three office days in a typical workweek), work arrangements. Qualifications Know-How/Skill Sets: Education: GraduateBachelors degree (STEM) . Experience: 10 years of IT application development experience with 1 years as Project lead/Assistant Project Manager is recommended . Experience is not a constraint for the right candidate. Skill: Strong estimations skills, excellent people management skills, strong risk management skills, adequate technical knowledge and problem solving, crisp communication and time management skills required. Must have good interpersonal and excellent customer service skills. Additional Information Engineering Delivery Manager with strong technology and people leadership skills. Customer Experience Technology. Tech stack - TypeScript, React, AWS, Serverless, CDK, Web Development, API / Events driven integration, Awareness / experience with AI tools for SDLC is desirable.
