Deli Supervisor - Full-Time

SPAR Castletroy, Castletroy Retail Park, Castletroy, Limerick, County Limerick, is looking for a Full-Time Deli Supervisor to join their fantastic team.

Key responsibilities include assisting the Store Manager with daily operations, including food preparation, cooking, and service delivery, and driving sales. You will also motivate the team to meet goals through effective leadership and communication, and ensure the store operates per Spar standards, policies, and procedures.

Candidates should have a minimum of 3 years of proven deli experience, be familiar with all deli procedures, including stock take and waste management, and possess excellent customer service and communication skills. We are looking for an enthusiastic, confident team player willing to be involved in all aspects of shop operations.

The role also involves overseeing daily deli and bakery operations, including food preparation, ordering, stock counting and display presentation, providing excellent customer service at fresh food counters, and ensuring compliance with all food, health, and safety legislation.
