Deepwater POB coordinator/ Logistic Clerk
Overview
A Deepwater Logistics Clerk is responsible for managing logistics operations including ICS, air, and marine logistics. Ensures smooth coordination of personnel movements, material handling, and emergency preparedness on offshore platforms.
Responsibilities
- ICS logistics aide (POB reconcile during ICS drills & events).
- Generate and post ICS POB sheets at muster and abandon locations.
- Assign ICS roles and communicate to personnel.
- Ensure lifeboats have commanders and monitor load levels.
- Air/Marine logistics management.
- Maintain and report Air Logistics schedule, working with Heliport Dispatcher.
- Monitor flight costs and manage flight utilization.
- Create flight and cargo manifests.
- Manage Material Movement Requests and weight out process in iLogistics.
- Manage departures including helicopter safety briefings.
- Maintain and report Marine Logistics.
- Platform administration including bunk assignments and hurricane evacuation coordination.
- Generate and distribute arrival sheets.
- Assist and backup HLO duties as required.
- Ensure PPE compliance and lifejacket usage for helicopter boardings.
- Maintain POB outlook from all work groups onboard.
- Coordinate personnel flights with IAP for forecasted work onboard.
- Manage weather reports and external communications.
Qualifications
- SAP.
- Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Primavera (through IAP Portal).
- Well Office.
- ILogistics.
