Deal Desk Program Manager

We provide our partners with access to resources including funding, thought leadership, a network of peers, and a playbook for applying proven principles to transform lives and society.  As Program Manager of the Development (fundraising) Deal Desk, you will play a critical role on our partner operations team that devises strategies to enable the country’s top business and philanthropic leaders to maximize their financial and leadership contributions to tackle the nation’s most complex challenges. You will provide world-class strategic and operational leadership for Stand Together’s complex, large opportunities ($500k+) with sales stage discipline.  You’ll collaborate closely with Partnership Advisors, Partnership Success Managers, leadership, and cross-functional teams to ensure that large, multifaceted deals move through shared vision opportunity stages.
