Bachelor's degree in science, Engineering, or related field, pass CET-4. Experience with Programming Language such as C, C++,Java and Python. Familiar with LPDDR4x/LPDDR5(x)/LPDDR6 JEDEC standards. Familiar with DDR Controller/DFI/DDRPHY architecture. Basic knowledge of SoC interconnect and memory hierarchy such as NoC, AXI and Cache etc. Basic of digital logic design & analog design concepts. Understanding signal and power integrity. VLSI Mixed-signal design & circuit/layout understanding. Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field and 2+ years of Systems Engineering or related work experience. OR Master's degree in Engineering, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field and 1+ year of Systems Engineering or related work experience. OR PhD in Engineering, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field.
