Corporate and Investment Banking provides corporate customers with a full range of commercial banking products and services, including cash management services, current accounts, time deposits, trade finance, working capital finance, term loans and foreign exchange. Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a team of Relationship Managers to deliver exceptional customer service and achieve business goals
• Develop and implement strategies to grow the Business Banking portfolio within the Institutional Banking Group
• Oversee the team's performance and provide coaching and mentoring to ensure continuous improvement
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and capitalize on new business opportunities
• Ensure compliance with all relevant policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements
• Foster a positive and inclusive work environment that promotes teamwork and employee engagement

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of experience in the banking or financial services industry, with at least 2 years in a leadership role
• Proven track record of successfully managing and growing a business banking portfolio
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact with clients and stakeholders
• Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate a team, and foster a positive and inclusive work environment
• Thorough understanding of the regulatory landscape and compliance requirements in the banking industry
