Senior Associate/AVP, Engagement Propositions, digiWealth, FPII, Consumer Banking Singapore
What we’re looking for:
The digiWealth team is building a new digital franchise for the future that drives investment & insurance (I&I) / retail-wealth customer acquisitions and retention, both through online transactions and offline leads. The goal is to build a tangible, sticky wealth relationship with 3.8 million retail-wealth customers in Singapore.
We seek an Engagements Proposition team member to drive awareness and acquisitions by building effective engagement loops. The successful candidate should be a self-starter with the initiative and ability to learn, adapt and achieve results in this fast-moving initiative. Strong skills in communications, stakeholder management, and project management, will be immediate pluses.
The job of the successful candidate will mainly involve:
- Content marketing and campaign optimisation: To be a standard-bearer of content (text and visual) excellence in customer engagement assets - both in-app and via external marketing assets. Demonstrate creativity in packaging information into digestible formats for customers to compete in today's attention economy.
- Innovation on best habit-forming engagements: To be obsessed with driving a digital relationship with customers such that digiWealth becomes a natural port-of-call for I&I services. This means driving engagement habits by delivering useful service and fulfilment information - from post-sales engagement, to next best actions and investing ideas.
- Driving sharp customer-first communications: To work with the Engagement Propositions team to orchestrate successful and well-oiled campaigns that take a clear customer lens, tying I&I solutions meaningfully to customers' needs.
- Effective cross-functional collaboration: To work with I&I product managers to unpack product expressions, including managing the timely communication of new product launches and/or product enhancements.
Minimum Requirements
- 4-6 years' working experience in marketing and communications, ideally in the financial services or tech industry. Content marketing and digital campaign management experiences are immediate advantages. Experience in design thinking is also a plus.
- Strong communications, stakeholder management and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- A self-starter with initiative and ability to learn, adapt and achieve results in this fast-moving initiative.
- A strategic thinker focused on using communications and customer engagements to drive acquisition/retention.
- Strong project management skills: detailed, able to juggle tasks on tight timelines.
- Strong PowerPoint skills
