Business Function
Corporate and Investment Banking provides corporate customers with a full range of commercial banking products and services, including cash management services, current accounts, time deposits, trade finance, working capital finance, term loans and foreign exchange. The position is responsible for handling the sales support, administration and training related tasks for each individual Tele sales, Loan officers, and Direct Sales agents. Also, is required to develop, evaluate and enhance operation and control procedure for loan business to increase efficiency and effectiveness of daily operation. To ensure sales activities and operation procedure is in complying with both internal and external regulations and policies.
Sales Support and Control & Compliance
- Work closely with sales team to improve quality of customer service.
- Assist to monitor team performance to deliver quality programs to increase customer’s satisfaction.
- To deliver day-to-day regular business reports, sales productivities report & MIS for management review
- To handle all administration related issues and tasks including documentation handling, office appearance maintenance, attendance records keeping and stationery ordering for each individual team of the department.
- To coordinate with internal teams and external departments to ensure operational efficiency and service quality meeting both internal and external customers’ satisfaction and requirements.
- To assist the team leader/manager to monitor the operation and sales activities are conducted in full compliance with both external regulatory codes / ordinance & internal compliance policies, standards, guidelines & procedures, particularly those applicable to the process and proper conduct of selling and order execution, including staff’s own correct licensing and fitness & properness, proper conduct of KYC, IPQ, FNA, anti-money laundering & sales process and ensuring documentation completeness in each deal.
Systems Administration (if applicable)
- To perform all system administrative functions:
- to control the access authorization and ensure smooth system operate
- To closely monitor the overall system performance and other related systems to assure the operation run smoothly.
Provide technical problems and end-users, addressing their hardware and software
Document follow-up
- Follow up the required documents for credit card applications / credit card line increase request on a timely basis
- Deliver quality and efficient service and achieve the pre-set successful rate as well as comply with all regulatory, internal process and guidelines.
- Support all back end localized program by providing flexible and instant service in order to enhance customer satisfaction.
Requirements
- Secondary Education (HKCEE/DSE) holder or equivalent
- Minimum 1 year of experience in customer services or sales
- Good telephone manner and communication skills
- Presentable, pleasant and polite
- Meet and exceed sales target
- Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese; fluency in Putonghua is an advantage
- HKIB Certified Banker preferred
