Overview

Direct and Execute preventative / reactive maintenance and repairs throughout the mill.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate the highest standard of core safety values and beliefs.
• Troubleshoot and repair all mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and electrical equipment.
• Operate and repair mobile equipment.
• Maintain non-contact and process water systems.
• Assist with warehouse inventory.
• Provide shift support.
• Welding and fabrication.
• Operate overhead cranes.
• Assist with creation and editing of SOPs, JSAs, and Lock Out Procedures.
• Must possess a well-defined sense of hazard awareness and recognition.

Qualifications

• Substantial knowledge of LOTOTO, Confined Spaces, Mobile Equipment, Crane, Fall Protection, and Machine Guarding safety.
• 2-5 years maintenance experience.
• Must be able to read electrical / mechanical drawings.
• Solid mechanical and electrical aptitude and a desire to solve problems.
• Possess a self-starter quality for seeking input and details from resources.
• Ability to identify and resolve problems in a timely manner.
• Able to deal with frequent changes, delays, or unexpected events.
