Data Scientist (Varying Levels)

We are looking for a product-oriented Senior or Staff Data Scientist to join our Modeling & AI team. In this role, you will be on the front lines of customer impact, building custom propensity models that directly address our clients' most significant challenges. You will work at the intersection of customer data and Windfall's rich data assets, designing creative solutions and building end-to-end modeling pipelines that turn data into measurable value. This is a unique opportunity to see your work in action, collaborating closely with our customers to build everything from sophisticated marketing and lead score models to donation likelihood models that power the missions of the world's top nonprofit organizations.
