About the Role
In this role you will work closely with product, engineering and other teams, collaborate with other Data Science team and with the Machine Learning Engineers to engineer prototypes into solutions.
Domain
In this role your main focus would be on our Audience generation and insight projects
Audience generation: ML for embedded targets, audience privacy first approaches, Composite AI agents, etc..
Audience insight - describe audience composition and characteristics
Adhoc analysis - support business request to better understand our data assets when data is not readily available from our BI tools
Support sales pitch - provided valuable extra insight to augment the value proposition for key accounts
What You Will Do
Provide full supervision and support for a team of seven data scientists.
Manage team capacity, plan hiring initiatives, and define team charters to support the growing yield optimization portfolio.
Foster a high-performance culture across distributed teams in Berlin and Bangalore.
Independently design maintainable and scalable systems for complex projects.
Plan and execute projects involving multiple interdependencies, ensuring alignment with architectural standards.
Refine team problem-solving tools, methodologies, and technical processes to improve efficiency and code quality.
Partner closely with Product Management and Backend Engineering to align technical roadmaps with business objectives.
Use tact and diplomacy to secure cooperation and approval from stakeholders on tasks or goals.
Stay active in technical implementation (estimated 50-70% hands-on), Discovering insights in exchange data, designing experiments, and overseeing A/B testing.
