We are seeking a detail-oriented Data Quality Specialist to support research, documentation, and content management activities. This role involves gathering and analyzing technical data, ensuring accurate entry into database systems, and creating high-quality content to help thousands of resellers and retailers convert shoppers into buyers every day.

Requirements

High school diploma or higher education
Experience in the technology retail world is a plus
Research Proficiency: Ability to conduct accurate online research
Technical Knowledge: Intermediate understanding of Consumer Electronics and Network Hardware and Software products is valued
Data Entry Accuracy: Strong attention to detail for entering and maintaining data in English-language databases and analyze large volumes of information effectively
Language Skills: Advanced written and spoken English for clear communication and data entry
Time Management: Capability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines
Collaboration & Independence: Proven capability to work independently while also contributing effectively as part of a team
Goal Orientation & KPI Achievement: Demonstrated ability to prioritize tasks and consistently meet or exceed key performance indicators (KPIs) and organizational goals
Humility & Continuous Learning: Willingness to learn new concepts, accept feedback constructively, and adapt to evolving processes and technologies
