You will be:
- acting as the primary owner of data and analytics capabilities within the OMS migration project,
- engaging reporting and analytics stakeholders and align requirements with business goals,
- developing and maintain a detailed data & analytics product roadmap,
- gathering and translating business requirements into technical specifications,
- providing oversight on data architecture, scalability, and performance,
- overseeing integration of multiple data sources into OMS for real-time analytics,
- supervising development, testing, and User Acceptance Testing (UAT),
- leading end-user training and support deployment activities,
- monitoring system performance and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
Your profile:
- 12+ years of experience in Product Management, Data, or Analytics roles,
- strong technical background in enterprise data systems and analytics platforms,
- experience managing large-scale enterprise transformation or migration projects,
- expertise in data modeling, reporting frameworks, and dashboard development,
- strong stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration skills,
- experience overseeing UAT, deployment, and user training initiatives. Preferred Skills,
- experience with OMS or retail systems,
- exposure to BI tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Looker,
- knowledge of cloud-based data platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP),
- familiarity with Agile product management methodologies,
- strong executive communication and presentation skills,
- advanced English,
- practical experience using AI-powered assistants (e.g. ChatGPT, Claude, Copilot Chat, or similar) or improve productivity, quality, or decision-making in analysis and software delivery.
Work from the European Union region and a work permit are required.
Nice to have:
- experience applying GenAI in a more structured way within the SDLC, including defined workflows, prompt patterns, or tool integrations embedded into daily analytical and dokumentation work,
- interest in and familiarity with emerging AI-driven practices (e.g. automation of analysis tasks, AI-supported documentation, or workflow optimization) with a willingness to explore and experiment beyond standard approaches.
