Findem is an HR 2.0 startup looking for a Data Product Manager to own and evolve the firmographic data foundation that powers their platform. The role involves translating customer feedback into a prioritized roadmap, driving initiatives to improve company data coverage and accuracy, and partnering with engineering to architect scalable pipelines for ingestion and reconciliation of company data.
Requirements
- 5–10 years of progressively increasing responsibility in roles related to data products, data platforms, analytics, or data operations
- Proven experience owning and managing complex datasets or data pipelines
- 3–5 years of experience serving as a dedicated Data Product Manager
- Strong understanding of entity-based datasets (e.g., company, people, or product data)
- Hands-on experience working with large, complex, and multi-source datasets
