Data Operator
Location: Zenoti Office, Hyderabad, India
Duration: 6 months

Extract data from designated software systems and accurately enter it into predefined Excel templates and formats.

Follow clearly defined standard operating procedures (SOPs) to perform data validations, system setup tasks, and documentation updates.

Review, clean, and verify large volumes of data to ensure completeness, accuracy, and consistency.

Maintain daily/weekly logs of completed work, issues encountered, and progress updates to supervisors.

Identify discrepancies or missing information and flag them promptly for resolution.

Ensure adherence to data privacy, confidentiality, and security guidelines at all times.

Collaborate with internal teams as needed to clarify requirements or resolve data-related queries.

Manage assigned workload efficiently, ensuring timely completion of tasks while meeting quality standards.

Maintain complete documentation and follow organizational processes for all assigned tasks.

Contribute to process improvement by highlighting recurring gaps, potential automations, or enhancements to templates/SOPs.

1 3 years of experience in data entry, administrative operations, or similar roles involving repetitive or structured tasks.

Strong proficiency in MS Excel (sorting, filtering, basic formulas, formatting; advanced formulas are a plus).

Basic computer literacy and comfort working with multiple software applications simultaneously.

High attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and validation.

Ability to follow detailed procedures and maintain consistency across repetitive tasks.

Good written and verbal communication skills to share updates and clarify requirements.

Strong time-management skills and the ability to work toward daily/weekly targets.

Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive data responsibly.

Comfortable performing manual, repetitive tasks with high levels of focus.

Willingness to learn new tools, templates, and system workflows.

Good problem-solving ability for identifying data mismatches or process gaps.
