Job Description

​  What You Will Get to Do:

  • Serve as the Data Steward for Salesforce, owning CRM data accuracy, governance, and system integrity across Accounts, Contacts, Opportunities, and related objects.
  • Create and continuously maintain structured, accurate documentation that reflects system rules, validation logic, and operational workflows.
  • Execute complex data operations including account hierarchy management, bulk uploads, lifecycle updates, and deduplication — with strong first-pass accuracy.
  • Perform data validation, including but not limited to email, phone, address, account type, and industry, to maintain high-quality, compliant CRM records.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to contact ownership, account ownership, territory assignments, opportunity assignment, and hierarchy alignment.
  • Build and maintain Salesforce dashboards and reports to monitor data quality, SLA adherence, and queue performance
  • Lead proactive data cleansing and automation initiatives to improve efficiency and maintain a clean, scalable Salesforce instance.

What You Will Bring:

  • 3–6 years of experience in Salesforce, Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, or CRM/Data Governance roles
  • Strong functional understanding of Salesforce objects and relationships (Accounts, Contacts, Opportunities, Territories), including validation rules, picklists, and dependencies
  • Proven experience managing CRM data quality, bulk imports, deduplication, and governance initiatives
  • Ability to interpret system logic and business context, not just follow documented steps
  • Demonstrated experience creating dashboards and reports within Salesforce
  • Strong documentation skills with attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a strong command of the English language, and the ability to work independently in an ambiguous, fast-paced environment
