Data Entry Receiving Clerk
As a Data Entry Specialist, you will work as part of a team to effectively execute administrative duties such as accurately inputs, updates, and verify information from various sources (i.e. invoices, forms, documents) into digital systems and databases, ensuring data integrity, organizing records, and generating basic reports, requiring strong typing, attention to details associated with running a mechanical construction company. You will manage physical paperwork, support other departments, and often use scanning and filing equipment to keep business records organized and accessible for operations, reporting, and analysis.
Job Duties:
Oversee delivery and transportation of packages to recipients
Entering information from documents related to piping systems
Compare entered data with source documents to identify and correct errors, ensuring accuracy and completeness
Organize, file, and maintain physical and digital records and documents
Generate basic data summaries or reports as requested by management or other teams
Managing Supply, Inventory and Logistics for our Indianapolis Assembly and Warehouses
Communicate with team members to clarify data needs and provide general support
Preforming regular checks to maintain data quality
Perform checks and balances verifying the projects such as labels and tags
Perform other related duties or special projects as assigned
