Data Center Strategic Negotiator,
- Manage confidential projects with awareness of value and timing.
- Contribute to the development of overall project plans.
- Serve as a commercial liaison between vendors and internal stakeholders.
- Develop and work on regional or market segment strategy for infrastructure development programs.
- Influence third-party strategy at the executive level.
- Collaborate with cross-functional partners on economic development matters.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- Experience working with cross-functional stakeholders and external partners, including government agencies.
- Experience with economic development issues such as direct or indirect taxes, tax policy, or infrastructure development.
- Experience with local data center and digital infrastructure marketplace.
- Strong knowledge of power transmission and distribution, telecommunications infrastructure, data center technology, industrial electrical and cooling technology, or a related technical area.
- Ability to negotiate cost-effective solutions to support Google's infrastructure growth.
- Experience in collocation agreements, site selection for industrial projects, real estate evaluation, acquisition, development, construction, utility agreements management, energy tests, implementing clean energy initiatives, or financial modeling.
- Experience in APAC economic development policy in infrastructure transactions.
- Experience in establishing infrastructure in APAC markets and understanding real estate markets within APAC.
- A strong background in strategic negotiation is required, focusing on navigating regulatory landscapes and tax policies to build economic development frameworks across India.
- You will focus on expanding mission-critical infrastructure by securing agreements with government agencies and executive-level partners.
- You will ensure the delivery of infrastructure programs while managing partnerships that shape the regional roadmap.
- You will unify cross-functional efforts by integrating legal, finance, and policy requirements to influence third-party strategies.
