U.S. Bank is seeking the position of Data Analytics – A/B Testing in Minneapolis, MN.
Essential Responsibilities:
The Data Analytics – A/B Testing will be responsible for developing datasets that uncover customer trends and improve marketing campaigns. This role uses internal and external data to understand customer needs, providing programming support for reports and analyses, and creating complex analytical datasets for visualization tools such as Tableau, Excel, Power BI, or SAS Visual Analytics. Essential responsibilities include: designing A/B tests with the Behavioral Science team to optimize communication; developing SAS reports and dashboards by integrating data from sources such as ELZ and Cassandra to support data-driven leadership decisions; creating Tableau and Power BI dashboards for daily, weekly, and fraud-impact performance tracking; using analytics tools like Alteryx to build data pipelines for consumer analysis; leveraging Azure to access deposit data and collaborating with business line to develop models that predict and reduce consumer attrition while enhancing the customer experience; analyzing revenue loss from inactive or closed accounts and building Power BI dashboards to track consumer status changes; applying machine learning to generate attrition scores for deposit accounts to improve retention; creating complex analytical datasets for visualization in Tableau, Excel, Power BI, and SAS Visual Analytics; providing programming support for studio reports, campaign analyses, and exploratory data projects; and performing data-quality analyses to identify outliers and errors. Position may allow working from home within commuting distance of the worksite location. Multiple Positions.
Basic Qualifications:
Requires a Bachelor’s degree in Statistics or Business Analytics plus 5 years of progressive post-baccalaureate experience developing and executing data-driven strategies through A/B testing.
Required Skills/Experience:
Must possess 5 years of experience with all of the following: collecting, analyzing, and interpreting data to inform decisions; using data to optimize business strategies; applying predictive models to drive revenue and customer engagement; performing statistical and exploratory analysis; translating analytics insights into actionable strategies; building dashboards with Tableau for data visualization; leveraging SQL to collect and process data; utilizing SQL for querying and managing datasets; optimizing business processes for improved performance and growth; driving ROI with predictive modeling and optimization; and developing scalable analytics solutions using Python, R, AWS, Snowflake, and ETL pipelines. Position may allow working from home within commuting distance of the worksite location.
