Overview

We are seeking a Data Analyst (I/II) – New College Graduate / Early Career candidate to join the Operations team and help drive data‑driven decision‑making across the organization. In this role, you will partner closely with cross‑functional stakeholders to analyze complex datasets, build, and maintain dashboards/scorecards, and deliver insights that support business strategy, and drive operational efficiency and performance.

Key Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain automated data pipelines for applications, dashboards, and performance scorecards.
  • Apply AI-assisted analytics to detect trends, identify risks, and generate actionable insights for improved operational decision-making.
  • Prepare executive-ready presentations with logical structure, clear narratives, and visuals that highlight issues, risks, options, tradeoffs, impacts, and recommended actions for leadership.
  • Prepare and organize analysis materials, metrics, and actionable recommendations to support executive reviews and informed decision-making.
  • Support operational planning, execution rhythms, and leadership communications while collaborating with cross-functional teams on key operational initiatives and executive reviews.

Skills/Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Data Analytics, Business Analytics, Applied Analytics, or a related field.
  • Strong hands‑on experience with data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, SQL, and Python) through coursework, projects, or internships.
  • Familiarity with dashboards, data visualization, automation, and AI‑enabled analytics concepts.
  • Ability to translate data and insights into clear executive narratives, including slide content development, visual design, and logical story flow (e.g., problem → insight → action).
  • Experience working with business metrics, OKRs, financial data, or operational performance data.
  • Strong communication skills, attention to detail, and eagerness to learn in a fast‑paced environment.
  • Exposure to Operations, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Quality, IBP/S&OP, Gross Margin analytics is a plus.
  • Experience with Tableau, Databricks, and/or Salesforce is a plus.

  • Passionate about solving ambiguous problems and developing practical data solutions where requirements are not fully defined.
  • A strong cross‑functional collaborator, able to integrate data from multiple sources and communicate insights.
  • Proactive and ownership‑driven, willing to support teammates and take initiative when capacity allows.

The salary offered to a selected candidate will be based on multiple factors including location, hire grade, job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and with consideration of internal equity of our current team members. In addition to a comprehensive benefits package, candidates may be eligible for other forms of compensation such as participation in a bonus and a stock award program, as applicable.

For all sales roles, the posted salary range is the Target Total Cash (TTC) range for the role, which is the sum of base salary and target bonus amount at 100% goal achievement.
